Know the ground.
Every successful drive began long before the run, with knowing the land better than anyone alive. That is first principles: ask what is actually true about a problem, ignore what everyone assumes, and build only what the truth requires. Then carry forward what the last run taught.
Stay simple.
Generative tools turned the old logic upside down, and the world now has a surplus of text and ideas. What's scarce now is simplicity: things simple enough to fit exactly the people who use it, for exactly the way they want to use it.
Every run feeds the next.
What once took a season now takes days. Nothing is wasted. Each build sharpens the one after it, and when the run lands, the whole tribe eats.
